E621 Platform Terms & Conditions of Use
Please read this document carefully before registering or using any e621 services. Continuing to use this platform signifies your acceptance of all terms stated herein.
Effective date: 1 January 2026. These terms apply to all users in Malaysia.
Acceptance of Terms
By accessing, registering, or using the e621 platform via website or mobile app, you agree to be fully bound by these terms. If you do not agree to any part of these terms, you are not authorized to use our services.
These terms form a binding agreement between you (“User”) and e621 (“Platform,” “We”). We reserve the right to amend these terms at any time. Change notices will be updated on this page along with the new effective date. Continued use after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
The e621 platform is only available to individuals aged 18 and above who are legally eligible to participate in online betting services in their jurisdiction.
Account Creation, Security & User Responsibility
Account Registration
- Each user is only allowed to have one account active. Multiple account registrations are strictly prohibited and may result in closure of all related accounts.
- The information provided during registration must be accurate, complete, and up-to-date. e621 reserves the right to verify user identities at any time.
- You are fully responsible for keeping your account password confidential. Do not share your login credentials with anyone else.
User Responsibility
- Users are fully responsible for all activities on their accounts, whether performed by themselves or others with access.
- Any fraudulent activity, money laundering, or system manipulation will be reported to relevant authorities and may result in immediate account closure.
- Users must comply with all applicable local laws when using the e621 platform.
Payments, Transactions & Currency
All transactions on the e621 platform are conducted in Malaysian Ringgit (RM / MYR). Deposits and withdrawals are processed via supported payment methods including TNG eWallet, FPX, and other local banking channels.
Minimum deposit and withdrawal limits depend on the chosen payment method and may change without prior notice. All successfully credited deposits are final and non-refundable except in cases of technical errors confirmed by e621.
E621 is not responsible for any additional fees charged by third-party payment providers. Withdrawal processing times depend on the method chosen and may take between one (1) to five (5) business days.
- Users are responsible for ensuring the accuracy of their bank or eWallet details. e621 is not liable for losses resulting from incorrect information provided by users.
- E621 reserves the right to withhold any transactions suspected of fraud or illegal activity until investigations are complete.
- Bonuses and promotions are subject to specific terms and conditions announced at the time of each offer.
Platform Usage Rules & Liability Limits
Users are prohibited from using the e621 platform for any illegal purposes, including but not limited to fraud, money laundering, system interference, or spreading harmful content. Any attempts to exploit technical vulnerabilities or manipulate game outcomes are strictly forbidden.
E621 does not guarantee that the platform will always be available, error-free, or meet specific user requirements. Service interruptions may occur due to scheduled maintenance or unavoidable circumstances.
To the extent permitted by relevant law, e621 shall not be liable for any indirect, consequential, or incidental losses arising from use of this platform, including lost bets, expected profits, or service interruptions.
E621’s maximum liability to any user under any circumstances is limited to the total amount deposited by that user within thirty (30) days prior to a claim.
Account Suspension, Intellectual Property & Third-Party Links
Account Suspension or Closure
E621 reserves the right to suspend or close user accounts without prior notice if terms are violated, suspected fraud is detected, or upon request of competent authorities. Users with accounts closed for breaches will not be entitled to refunds unless otherwise determined by e621 after investigation.
Users wishing to voluntarily close their accounts may do so by contacting the support team at [email protected]. Any remaining balance will be processed for withdrawal subject to identity verification.
Intellectual Property
All content, designs, logos, graphics, software, and text on the e621 platform are owned by e621 and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Users may not copy, distribute, modify, or use any of these elements without written permission from e621.
Third-Party Links
The e621 platform may contain references to third-party services or payment providers. e621 is not responsible for the content, privacy policies, or practices of any such third parties. Users are advised to review third-party terms separately.
Changes to Terms & Governing Law
E621 reserves the right to modify, add to, or amend any part of these terms at any time. Changes take effect immediately once published on this page. It is the user’s responsibility to review the terms periodically. Continued use after any changes is deemed full acceptance of the revised terms.
These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Malaysia. Any disputes arising from these terms or the use of e621 shall first be resolved amicably. If negotiations fail, disputes will be referred to the appropriate Malaysian courts.
